With an MA and PhD in Linguistics, and certifications from the American Translators Association (ATA) and the Ministry of Justice in Damascus, I bring a rare combination of academic rigor and real-world expertise to every project. For over three decades, I have taught at universities in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and Syria, refining my ability to convey complex ideas with clarity and cultural sensitivity.
Experienced in translating books and hundreds of peer-reviewed articles for accredited journals in Kuwait. Extensive background in simultaneous interpretation for high-level conferences and events organized by major academic institutions and international organizations, including UNDP, ILO, WHO, and OHCHR. Proven expertise in consecutive interpretation for USCIS proceedings (asylum and naturalization) and legal depositions, both in-person and virtual, for U.S. based clients.
